Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Leh

Arrive at Leh Airport and meet our representative who will assist you in your transfer to your hotel. Spend the day relaxing and acclimatizing to the high altitude (Leh is situated at 3,524 meters). In the evening, explore Leh Market, Shanti Stupa, and Leh Palace. Overnight stay at the hotel in Leh.

Day 2: Leh – Khardung La – Nubra Valley

After breakfast, embark on an exciting drive to Nubra Valley via the world-famous Khardung La Pass (5,359 meters), one of the highest motorable roads. Upon arrival in Nubra Valley, visit the Diskit Monastery, home to the grand Maitreya Buddha statue, and enjoy panoramic views of the valley. Take a camel ride (optional) in the Hunder sand dunes. Overnight stay at Nubra Valley in a comfortable camp or hotel.

Day 3: Nubra Valley – Pangong Lake

After breakfast, drive to the stunning Pangong Lake, passing through the scenic Shyok route. This lake is known for its mesmerizing blue waters, which change colors throughout the day. Spend the afternoon at the lake, enjoy the serenity, and take in the panoramic views. Stay overnight in camps or hotels near Pangong Lake.

Day 4: Pangong Lake – Chang La – Leh

Wake up to a beautiful sunrise over Pangong Lake. After breakfast, drive back to Leh via Chang La Pass, the third-highest motorable pass in the world. En route, visit the Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace, both of which are rich in history and offer great views of the region. Arrive back in Leh by evening for an overnight stay.

Day 5: Leh – Tso Moriri Lake

After breakfast, drive towards the picturesque Tso Moriri Lake, located in the Changthang Plateau (approx. 240 km from Leh). The lake is surrounded by snow-capped mountains and offers stunning views. Spend some quiet time by the lake and take in the natural beauty. Overnight stay near the lake in camps.

Day 6: Tso Moriri Lake – Leh

After breakfast, drive back to Leh. En route, stop at the fascinating Korzok Monastery, perched on the banks of Tso Moriri. Upon arrival in Leh, relax and explore the local markets for souvenirs before your transfer to the airport for your departure.
