Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Nindhia Holiday Travels, we prioritize your travel plans and aim to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience. However, we understand that life can bring unexpected changes, and you may need to cancel or modify your trip. Cancellation Charges

  • 30 Days or More Before Arrival

    • A 30% charge of the total package cost will be applicable for cancellations made at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival date.
  • Between 30 Days and 15 Days Before Arrival

    • A 50% charge of the total package cost will be applicable for cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
  • Between 15 Days and 10 Days Before Arrival

    • A 75% charge of the total package cost will be applicable for cancellations made between 15 and 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
  • Within 7 Days of Arrival

    • A 100% charge of the total package cost will be applicable for cancellations made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival date.

Important Notes:

  1. Applicability:

    • This cancellation policy applies to all bookings made directly through Nindhia Holiday Travels, including travel packages, accommodations, and transportation services.
  2. Third-Party Services:

    • For bookings involving third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, or transport operators, the cancellation terms of the respective providers will apply in addition to our charges.
  3. No Refunds for No-Shows:

    • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for any unused services included in the package (e.g., hotel stays, transportation, or tours).
  4. Modification Requests:

    • If you wish to modify your booking instead of canceling, please contact us at the earliest. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  5. Refund Processing:

    • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval. Any transaction fees or additional costs associated with refund processing will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  6. Travel Insurance:

    • We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events that may lead to cancellations or disruptions.
